As a result, we’ve created a veritable single source destination where we manage absolutely all your learning and certification needs as well as offer you anything and everything you’ll ever need for tire repairs, section repair, retreading, etc. Many can repair OTR tires; however, we’ve acquired a specialization within the mining sector over the years and have developed products specifically adapted to their oversized reality and specificity.

So basically, we’ll teach you everything you need to know about repairing a tire, any type and size tire, and especially mining-specific tires. Furthermore, we promise to offer the highest quality parts, tools, and equipment, and all of this, at very competitive pricing.


We’ve been offering and fine-tuning our Tire Repair Training & Certification for over a decade. As a result, our programs and techniques have constantly evolved to stay up to date with the most recent technologies, including cable replacement, where we’ve been at the forefront of the science behind it.

THE  BEST  TIRE  REPAIR  TECHNOLOGY 

By choosing VFlex technology, you’re choosing a repair that will last longer than a typical repair. On average, patch repairs can last anywhere from 1,000 to 1,500 hours. The VFlex technology will offer 3,000 - 5,000 hours of use or will last until the end of the tire’s life. Therefore, by choosing VFlex, you’re choosing a repair that will last as long as the tire was originally built to last.

VFLEX   PATCHES

At ITRS, we are proud to be the exclusive North American distributor of Vulcan Vulcap’s patches featuring custom braiding which adapts to the tire’s natural movement, therefore offering maximum flexibility in terms of movement. Also, VFlex patches offer better resistance to external forces and perforations.


Given how the VFlex patch works with the tire’s natural movement, it flows in harmony with the tire casing rather than working and resisting against a more rigid structure. 


This naturally increases the tire’s longevity, therefore maximizing your investment and profitability.

VFlex  Cable  Replacement  Technology

Our proven technology allows you to safely repair up to 40% of your scrap tires. 

In cable replacement technology, we offer two solutions:

  • Cable replacement where we change the cable entirely. 
  • External Cable reinforcement where we solidify and strengthen the cable. 

Cable  Replacement

Rather than reinforce a damaged tire, we’re fully reconstructing the damaged area to create a much stronger repair as it becomes an integral part of the tire.  

External  Cable  Reinforcement

Cable reinforcement is a preventive measure that completely repairs the tire. This preventive repair technique allows the tire to remain at the front of the vehicle rather than being limited to rear fitment only.                


ITRS is the exclusive distributor of all VFlex technology products and repair equipment. As well, we offer various levels of Tire Repair Certifications, based on each students’ tire repair proficiency.

Having been in the tire repair industry for so long, we saw an opportunity within the mining industry. So many tires were being uselessly discarded, creating significant waste in terms of the economy and the environment. This pushed us to specialize in this sector to offer innovative solutions that would allow users to repair the tires and put them back to useful service, saving the plant thousands and often millions of dollars and saving the environment.

We offer our Tire Repair Certification worldwide. 


Our certified trainers can come directly to your establishment and offer training to your entire team as big or as large as it is. We’ll teach them the basics of tire repairs and build on that knowledge to bring them to an expert level of proficiency. 


You can also send them to our offices for their training if your facilities aren’t quite adapted for this type of training. 


We also offer online training so that some parts of the tire repair certification can be done online. Regardless of where you are in the world, we’ll find and adapt a Certification that’s perfect for you and your reality.
